La crisis sanitaria y económica ocasionada por la COVID-19 ha intensificado el reto de la transformación del sector de la distribución comercial. En este trabajo se recogen casos de la industria minorista que ilustran el papel fundamental de la tecnología a la hora de ofrecer a clientes internos y externos confianza y protección frente al coronavirus y, a su vez, potenciar el posicionamiento competitivo de la empresa.
