De los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), 13
pueden ser relacionados –directa o indirectamente– con la
sostenibilidad alimentaria. Estos objetivos hacen referencia
a varias de las dimensiones consideradas relevantes en el
ámbito de la alimentación sostenible: las prácticas de producción,
los hábitos de consumo, la gestión de recursos,
etc. Este hallazgo corrobora el valor de los Objetivos de Desarrollo
Sostenible como herramienta clave para la consecución
de una alimentación más sostenible a nivel global.
