Este artículo analiza la evolución de las exportaciones españolas de frutas y hortalizas durante
los últimos años, especialmente entre 2001 y 2015, un periodo en el que el valor de las exportaciones ha pasado de 6.000 a 12.000 millones de euros. Entre las razones que explican esta tendencia, se apuntan el incremento a los países tradicionalmente con mayor peso, como Francia, Alemania o Reino Unido, pero también por el tirón de otros destinos europeos, como Polonia.
